Dolma
Serves: 3
Ingredients
½ kg of mince meat
1 onion
2 tomatoes
3 chilli peppers
3 peppers
1 cup full of white rice
1 table spoon of tomato sauce
salt 1 pinch
Method
At the first cut the onion, tomatoes and 3 chilli peppers into pieces small pieces.
Next add oil to the frying pan, fry the onions, stir and add peppers, then tomatoes. Fry for 5 minutes. Add the mince and tomato pasted and fry for about 15 minutes, late adding the white rice.
Remove the seeds from the peppers. Stuff
the peppers with the fried mixture.
Cook in the steamer for 30 minutes.
