Cheese Cake

Serves: 2

Ingredients

1 cup of sugar

1 ½ kg of Polish white cheese

10 eggs

 6 teaspoons of semolina

 250 g of butter

 Vanilla sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder

Dry fruit (except walnuts, because otherwise the cake will be bitter)

Method

Mince the white cheese.

Whisk the egg yolk with the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat the egg white until stiff.

Gradually fold the cheese and semolina into the mixture of egg yolk, butter and sugar.

Now add the finely chopped dry fruit, baking powder, vanilla or vanilla flavouring.

Gently fold in the stiff egg whites.

Line a baking tray with aluminium foil and pour in the mixture.

Bake for around 1 hour in the oven at 150C.
