Cold Beetroot Soup

Ingredients 

 500g kefir

 100g boiled beetroot

 250g milk

 80g fresh cucumbers

 10g onion leaf

 5g dill

 40g cream

 1-2 hard-boiled egg (s)

 400g boiled potatoes

 pinch of  salt

Method

Cut and boil fresh beetroots (sometimes with Bay leaves). When the boiled beetroot is getting cold put in some milk, kefir, cucumbers, hard-boiled egg, carrots, dills, onion leaf and parsley.
