Paprika Chicken
Ingredients:
• 4 chicken thigh
• 2 onions (red or white ones)
• 1-2 teaspoons salt
• Pepper to taste
• 1 tablespoon sweet hungarian paprika powder
• 300 ml sour cream
• 2 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tomato
• 1 red pepper
Method:
Sauté minced onions in oil until golden. Add the chopped tomato and pepper. Add the paprika and cook it for 2-3 mins.Add the chicken thighs and some water ( around a glass).Season to taste with salt and pepper and stir in water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook 35 minutes or until chicken is tender.Remove the chicken and add the sour cream. Simmer until juices are thickened. Return chicken to pan to reheat.
