Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

 140g Chocolate

 3 eggs

 30g flour

 62g sugar

 2 tbs vanilla sugar

 62g milk (cup)

 62g butter (cup)

30g desiccated coconut

Instructions

Cut the chocolate, heat it with butter and milk.

Remove from heat and add vanilla sugar and flour. Mix

Add the desiccated coconut (Or almond powder or hazelnuts if you prefer)

Add three egg yolks one by one.

Beat the egg whites until peaks form.

Fold the egg whites into the chocolate mixture.

Pour into a baking tin or into small individual cake tins

Bake for 10 minutes in a hot oven.
