Egg and Spinach

Serves: 6-8 people

Ingredients:

Minced Beef 500g                        

Onions 1 medium                                 

Spinach 1-2kg                                       

Eggs one per person                             

One tin of chopped tomatoes             

 Oil 3-4 table spoons                             

Half of tea spoon of Paprika

Salt (depends on individual’s taste)

Method:

First chop one onion pan fried until golden brown at this stage add the paprika. After you done those add the minced beef in and continue to pan fry it until both ingredient are golden brown.

After that take the spinach and chop it roughly (wash it before if necessary). Then add it in the saucepan, leave it to boil for only few minutes (up to three only). Then take the spinach and stream it off, add it on the onion and minced beef mixture, stir it around until there isn’t any moisture left at this point add chopped tomatoes stir it until all the tomatoes are all soft . After that pour all the mixture in to casserole dish, cover all the mixture with water and put in a preheated oven 250c. Leave it until all the water is evaporated, at this stage add one egg per person and put it again in the oven until the eggs are cooked.
