Chicken Curry

Serves 4

Ingredients

Fry 2 Red Onions and ¼ Garlic

(Fry until brown)

Add Whole Chicken

(cover with saucepan cover)

2 tsp Chilli curry powder          

1tsp of Coriander powder

1 ½ tsp of Cumin powder

2 tsp of salt

Half a portion of coriander

Adds sliced potatoes (2 ½)

 

Method

Fry all these items together until the chicken is tender. (Cover it with a saucepan cover so the steam can be trapped.) After it’s all cooked and ready add a ¼ spoon Gharam Masala for the spice to the tongue.
