In the recipes section we have listed a few recipes from around the world which you could use to theme your event. These recipes have been selected from regions where SOS Children works, but we are sure you will also have lots of ideas and old favourites of your own!

Invitations

Having decided on the type of event to host, you can download printable invitations from the donate section of this website or use e-invitations here. You can also make your own invitations but please remember to include our website www.soschildren.org so that your guests can find out more about SOS Children.

Donations

Donations can be collected by you and sent to SOS Children or your guests can donate to us directly at our website. See the Donations section for full details and do remember to tick the Gift Aid box if you are a UK taxpayer.

 Every penny of your donation will go to help the orphaned and abandoned children cared for by SOS Children. You could set a minimum suggested donation at roughly the cost of going out for a meal or leave people to decide for themselves – it’s up to you!
